2. & a temperature sensor that fits TH16 and your needs.
3. & a 3.3 volt USB to seriel adaptor
4. Be aware of dokumentation for ESPeasy
5. I flashed my TH16 Ver. 2.1 dated 2019-08-26 with the file ESP_Easy_mega_20211105_normal_ESP8285_1M.bin.
