HOWEVER DO REMEMBER - Your backup is not a REAL backup, until it it transported of your premises.

I recommend [http://crashplan.com CrashPlan] for this part of the job - it is free too, as long as you do not need to backup to their servers. I have two different apartment's and have set up CrashPlan backup between those.
 
HOWEVER - Now that i might have your attention - remember that you have NO real backup before you bring it physically out of your building.<p>To do this in a super easy (and free) way, i recommend [http://crashplan.com CrashPlan] and a good friend / relative with the same need to backup "out of house".
